My youngest son keeps us pretty well supplied with deer meat, but we're down to the last packages…so, a new tree stand was set up behind the house. They've had plenty to eat this year--one year they gnawed the ivy down to the roots out back. It's been super dry this fall in North Georgia after a wet summer. I don't know if I could eat a wild hog--but never get enough venison.
