Not getting very far with stuck valves

The frozen valves that leave me no access to guide seals are a real bear. The ones that were up a bit I got free(ish). Head is off, manifolds are off, tappit covers are off, been through the on blaster, the ATF, the diesel, the mix of both, brass hammers, copper punches, pushing from the bottom, etc. What's next...weld a damned lug nut to the top of the valve and twist them out???
