Rear Gin Pole Question

Yesterday a 10,000lb Mile Marker hydraulic winch fell into my lap. Since I have an MU-2 on the front of the 6x6, I'm thinking about setting this winch under the front of the bed. I can use it to pull stuff into the bed, or onto a trailer.

With a winch, I'm also thinking about mounting an A-frame in the bed. I'd have one set of mounts rear the tailgate, and another set near the headboard. My idea is to use the A-frame to lift heavy items into the bed. Is this possible, with only 1 winch?
