If you can use them on 15" tires or something like that. Not hard to cut the ends off shorter. Shortening the cross-links is harder, but still feasible if you have chain pliers and they links aren't hardened. Otherwise, I'm sure somebody would want them. Maybe even worth shipping if you could get them in a flat-rate USPS box.
