TO get to a specific adjustment I want, say, from ABSOLUTE top DEAD CENTER (TDC)

And I want an adjustment. of say, 2 degrees BEFORE TDC, I spin the DISTRO in what Direction.

COUNTER clockwise?

or
CLOCKWISE?
