That's the same flywheel housing and starter I have on my Wagoneer.
The SAE #3 flywheeel housing I am getting for a potential Power Wagon Project mounts the starter much higher on the passenger side. I was debating to use that or get one like I've seen in Ford school buses that mounts the starter just below the fuel pump on the driver side.
I am guessing that the starter would clear on the driver side, but I may try to free up some room there just in case. Since the high mount starter would interfere with a low mount turbo, I am going with a turbo mounted on top of the manifold. It will feed directly into the water-cooled aftercooler I picked up. It will also move the exhaust forward, so it won't be so tight to the firewall. Somewhere I thought I saw a picture online of that setup in a Power Wagon, but I can't find it back.
