I have a 2008 5500 4x4 and do not regret getting it. Never owned or driven a Ford for comparison. Mine is a long wheelbase and weighs close to 10,000 lbs empty. For a truck of the size it is, it does fine to me. NO comparison with suspension parts with 1 ton and smaller.
