You might give a try at some local custom RV shop...
I looked for months for appropriate window seals for my 53 Jaguar, and then out of the blue I checked at a place that does custom windows for vans and RVs, and they had just the right stuff...and a whole lot of other stuff to boot. In stock on rolls, and sold by the foot.
It might be worth a shot anyhow...
