Diesel style power brake booster

There is a company advertising in fourwheeler (Four X Doctor) they are marketing a hydroboost brake system for jeeps and such that uses the power steering for boost rather than vacuum. It looks like it takes up A LOT less room under the hood. I was wondering if anyone has tried this type of conversion. I realize you need power steering first.
