S1438 Seems to have dropped off our radar screens. At http://thomas.loc.gov I have found these references:
National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002

2 . (Engrossed in Senate)[S.1438.ES]
3 . (Public Print)[S.1438.PP]
4 . (Engrossed House Amendment)[S.1438.EAH]
Last I heard this bill had been assigned to conference committee to resolve Senate/House differences. Anybody know where it stands now? I don't understand the above references very well. What does "Engrossed House Amendment" mean? I can't find a glossary on the thomas site.
