Just finished my barn project. Converted an existing horse barn. I put insulation under the concrete. I insulated only one end of barn to make a heated workshop. I had a 22 ft wide insulated garage door made to act as a moveable wall to divide off the heated area. Had a restroom already but I added a shower. It makes my wife very happy when I come into the house already clean. Will soon install 92% efficient gas furnace (no chiminey) vented through pvc pipe.
