Door alignment

Anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to align my new doors . The passenger side door is sitting way too low 3/8 to 1/2 of an inch as measured along the drip rail. I am begining to wonder if my cab is not twisted.
The truck is a 1955 Fargo Power Wagon. The doors in question are one piece glass doors that I picked up to replace the originals.
Any help would be appreciated.
