Bed mounted winch

Anyone have a winch mounted in the back of your PW? If so what kind (PTO, hydraulic, electric)of winch are you using (and size) and where is it mounted (front of bed, under rear bumper, etc...)? And last... what are you using it for (vehicle recovery, gin poles, other)? Thanks!
