w-200 cab on w-300 frame

i want to put cab and nose and bed from (67)w-200 on a (71)w-300 frame. I know about space under front grill ( i am making a modified pull truck so this will be good place for weight box. I woyuld also be interested in weight differance of frame. The reason I am using this it the w-300 frame seems much stronger, especially over rear axle. I got this truck mainly for its dana 70 axles
