Does anyone else have a WC 43?

I'm about to start restoring a WC43 telephone installation truck & I'm trying to get some better pictures of an original,particularly the bed. The few pictures in manuals and books are not that good. Also I'd like to find out how many survived since only 370 were built. Any info will help,thanks.
