When I am on the hunt for something, I do my own research. Search for that item, usually it will also kick up chatter on related forums. That chatter will give a gut feeling on the quality and how well it works. I simply dont trust any reviews on the company web site.
With that said, I have bought a lot from Summit and have always had good service. I will still check them out for best price.
