Thanks Steve, I didn't know all that about the hydramatic. And 4 speeds! I looked it up and the truck version had 4.05:1 1st. 2 of them and 2 Cadillac V8s in a Stuart tank. There is a nice 37 ish strait 8 Buick (or Pontiac) at a whiskey distiller about 2 mi from here.
