Yeah, it's so bad here even the U.S.Post Office won't break anything over a $20.00 bill. She told me numerous times to come back later and see if she has any cash or go to the bank to break it. PATHETIC. I've even bought stamps to bring the change down to what she had. You'd think they wouldn't want to pay the credit card fees but once again, it's a government agency.
