6 Rear Axles Torque Link Bars for 6X6

I have to replace all 6 of the Torque Bars on my rear 2 axles. Pricey suckers when you do all 6 of them! Anyone had to replace them before? Is the nut that holds the ends on the truck frame and axles hard to remove if the stud is loosed in the bars? Do they need to be welded solid to get the nuts off them?
