Laws have not kept up with technology. If head phones are illegal why aren't those stereo systems that put out 100 plus decibels illegal? My truck has a SAR plate, and I drive with ear plugs and will drive with the head phones as well. I doubt I will fail to hear a siren with them on.

If it is a problem I will get the motorcycle helmet with the two way radio and stereo.........those are not illegal and getting pulled over wearing the helmet would make a great Utube video.
