i think it is the same truck someone posted a pic of for sale or some such awhile back with the 22.5s
someone probably bought it and painted polished the wheels lugs and covers and thinks it s worth it s weight in silver
it may be for all i know the way the yuppies are bying em up!!--be interesting to see what happens
