318-3 exhaust manifolds

I am having a machinist evaluate a 318-3 for rebuilding.
I should be getting a report very soon.
One thing I need to know is its missing one of the exhaust manifolds.
I have a 318 LA parts engine to use.
Are the exhaust manifolds interchangeable?
