m715 wheels found, need tire advice

I finally found a set of these wheels, Memphis equipment has quite a few that are new but sitting outside. They still look good though.I want to install 900-16 or equivalent tires either bias or radial. I have read both pro and con for using tubes in radials. STA superlug bias? or maybee a goodrich mud terrain radial? I am leaning towards the STA superlug in 900-16..Any thoughts would be appreciated.
