I am contemplating taking my Carryall up that way next year. In 1980 I drove all the way to Alaska on dirt roads, only asphalt was when I crossed a paved road. Found lots of trucks parked here and there in the weeds, long gone now I suspect. I do have a few pictures of WC53s on the build of the road in 1942, I have seen a video with one going over a bridge as well.
