I have experienced and have seen many times loose lugs nuts on M-37's. Fortunately it the looseness was found before the wheel came off.

When you tighten a car wheel lug to specs it doesn't come loose. Of course you may have to change a tire; but who wants to take a chance of the wheel coming off? I do check the lugs for tightness frequently; but I figured if they were tightened to spec I would have to check them as frequently.
