There are many reasons that a person should not do wiring after 11pm, this is an example of one of those reasons..... It shuts off with the key now.
I had unswitched power to one of the terminals on the ASD. Once the relay closed, it couldn't open up again unless you pulled power from the ECM circuit. I wired that particular relay very late at night....morning to be more specific. I looked through the manual again and figured it was the culprit when i noticed the same power source for both relays...which was switched.
I consider myself to know just enough about wiring to either make it work, or start it on fire. Good thing I'm a firefighter too, though that just means that most of the extinguishers in the shop are questionable at best lol.
I now know why so few use the 24v, lots of gremlins.
