looking at the ebay pics i think that cab was spliced together from 2 different cabs look at the roof behind the seam and around the doors there is no drip edge.

also look at the cab corner and rocker panel clearly spliced together which explains the strange body line on the back of the cab and wrong window.

I bet that was an ambulance that somebody cut off the rest and welded on the back of some other truck.
