I just drug home a first gen diesel that had a dealer installed dually conversion. It's a neat one-owner truck, but I'm converting it back to single wheels. If anybody wants to build a dually I have everything you need and I've listed it for sale as a package.

This was a factory single wheel W350 ordered with 8700 GVW. It sold in Feb 1989 for $17,000. It has 3" steel spacers between the dual wheels and the factory brake drum. They never installed the front spacer, but I have them with the whole kit.

The rear fenders are different than factory dually fenders. These fenders bolt to the side of a regular bed. I didn't even know they made such a thing. No one makes these fenders anymore.
