That is pretty neat.
In all of the 4-wheel-drive trucks I have owned, the gears don't necessarily want to mesh right away, especially when shifting into low range. There can also be some binding when shifting out of 4-wheel-drive, sometimes to the point where I have had to backup a few feet to get everything unwound. This has been on many different transfer cases in Jeeps, Power-Wagons, and even a Toyota. With the levers I have developed a "feel" unique to each vehicle and have become fairly good at not grinding gears. Do you envision this becoming a greater problem with the "feel" taken out of the equation by the operation of the air cylinders?
