SAE #4 Flywheel housing?

Has anybody ever seen an adapter ring to put an SAE #4 bellhousing on an SAE#3 flywheel housing?

Or has anyone seen an SAE#4 flywheel housing for a B series Cummins?

I'm guessing that the adapter ring could be made. Before I do that, I'm wondering it these parts ever existed anywhere before.
