Vermont Rally can we go without a truck?

So the idea was to have a truck to bring to the Vermont Rally, but it is not ready. So this brings the question up, will there be people there without trucks? I really want to swing up there and try to put some faces with names and see some trucks.

Which day would be the best day to visit?
