It looks looks like everyone and his cousin has a fireworks stand on the Cd'A reservation this year -- way more than in the past. Even the Cd'A veterans have one. I remember long ago the state patrol used to try to bust white folks hauling fireworks off the rez (at least in Western Washington), but not any more. I guess they have more important things to do. Fortunately people seem to be getting more careful and fewer and fewer accidental fires get started these days.
