Gas smell/fumes in my cab

Hi everyone,

I have noticed a smell of gas/exhaust fumes in my cab and can even see exhaust smoke when I am driving coming up from the spaces between the shift levers. What might be causing this? My exhaust is stock and and i have no holes in it.
