Rustoleum is ok as long as it is prepped right. A good underbody etching type primer and top coat with rustoleum will work, provided you put 3 good coats as if you were painting acrylic enamel. Just keep in mind Rustoleum has no driers or hardeners in it so it will not be as durable as an acrylic or eurathane paint.
POR 15 will wear like iron, that to it has to be prepped right.
