Working on the truck some when time allows I got the clutch replaced then added pto gaskets to quiet wining noise. I drive it around our circular driveway for testing out. It seemed like it was not rolling freely when coasting so I jacked the front end up and the disc brakes were releasing but seamed to have too much drag. Steve Kagi told me about residual valves and if I had the original master cyl for 1968 for drum brakes there is too much pressure held for discs. So I opened the fitting at the master cyl for the front brakes to release the pressure then they turned free. So I removed the master cyl and removed the residual valve for the front brake circuit now it rolls very freely. The link below shows how to remove the valves
