I met the guy it was built for. He gave a shop a PW, and a chunk of cash before leaving the country for work, expecting completion by it's return. Got back to "we ran out of your money, need another gob", which he did not have. So he wlked away. Current owner is a local auto parts/etc entrepeneur.
