I've seen a photo of that truck on the internet before.
My guess is it is a home-built cab using the WC cowl and windshield.
Photo resolution is not good enough to be sure, but I'd guess the doors are something common like a model A Ford. The visor would have been widened or built from scratch. It resembles Ford styling.
