Exhaust flo,,, Furd not PW

I'm wondering if there's a way to know if I am getting as much air out the exhaust as I am putting in the intake? Seems lacking in power. and by putting my hand at the exhaust pipe there's barely any noticeable air flow. 08 f250 super duty 5.4 V8 gas. Thanks to all. Bill
