I know this truck had been posted here before noting that the price had gone up from $6500 to $16,000. It has gone up again.

They finally put some good wheels and tires on it. And they have lots of good pictures.

I was looking at the Swivel frame photos. Not having ever seen one in person, It almost looks like it has been disabled by spanning the swivel with a chuck of steel. What's going on there?

What is the extra lever on the floor? PTO?
