this is likely the most discussed issue on the forum. there are tires on our ffpws mostly non radial that are on for decades, are safe and provide good service. the radials, that provide better ride and performance are subject to checking and cracking- especially when subjected to sitting and sunlight. best bet is to go with the spur grips or the 10.50 chevon rag tires and be done with it.
