Guys;Thanks for all of the emails and advice on this matter. As of right now ebay is currently doing all it can to make him re-think about his choice. He did not cash my check and is returning it.He still has not produced a copy of the title that was supposed to be in his wifes name. So I can only assume a case of fraud in this matter and on monday I will be in touce with my lawyer. If nothing else can be done Im going to be a flea on this hound dogs butt for a long time.
