thermostat

I have to change the antifreeze and thermostat in my 41 WC12. I use this truck as my daily driver. I generally travel 3 miles each way, and live in the Southside of Virginia. About once or twice a year I drive over 100 miles round trip. The winter weather ocassionally drops to the single digits. I have been using a 192 degree thermostat for the past 6 years without any problem.

What is the general consensus on the correct thermostat for this vehicle and driving style?
