Need better pictures of this 58 W300? PW from the 99 VPW ral

I captured this picture from a video from the 99 VPW rally, and I am looking for better pictures of this truck for my website.

I am also wondering if this is a 58 W300, and what engine was in it.

Also does anyone have the VIN number from this truck?

Any and all information is appreciated!
