First of all, what are you going to do with the transfer case? The full-time setup began at the transfer. Two options. 1) Replace transfer with a good part time unit. 2) Locate one of the conversion kits that where made to convert it from a full-time unit to a part time unit. Of course if this has already been done, then you're ahead of the game. Robert
