Well I'm in the UK so importing ordinary trucks isn't that much of a problem. My paperwork requirements to get an old Dodge OUT of the USA have been just a valid title till now.
You are quite right in that most of this material is either Defence Aid or post-war Marshall Plan stuff, so if you try to re-import it to the US Customs can say it's still US property. I know US dealers were importing this stuff but no idea how they handled the paperwork and whether they still could. Dealers in the US should still have Dodges for sale that are ex-Norway but no idea how to ship these ones.
Note that this doesn't really apply to the Danish PWs as I assume they were sold to Denmark on a standard commercial contract and they can do what they like with them - they were never Defence Department property to technically they can't even call for them to be de-milled even under the latest regulations.
I hope to find out prices if anyone on the Norwegian list goes - If I do I'll post them here.
