58 w100 steering parts needed

I am looking for the steering knuckle for the drivers side of a dana 44 on a 58 w100. every PG that I have seen has been worn out in this area(the bolts are woobled out where the steering arm bolts to the knuckle). Are there any other vehicles that I can get the correct replacement part off of? Are PG w100 and w200 the same part?
