A while back some one asked a question about tailgates and which years interchanged. If I remenber correctly the person who responded said all Dodge stepside tailgates interchanged.Yesterday there was a post regarding boxes and some one stated that a box they had purchased was either too wide or too narrow ( can't remember which ).
Both of these statements can't be correct ... can they?
I have purchased a nine foot box from a late 40's pilot house truck to modify into a box that looks the part , there is ample material
so I will let you know how it works out.
The biggest problem that I forsee is that I am unsure as to wether or not the fender will fit , but plasma cutters and mig welders were put on this earth for a reason.
