The trany acts like my NP540. Left forward is non synchro 1st (granny low) right forward is non synchro reverse. Center H pattern is synchro 2-3-4-5 as you would expect it to be, with 2nd in the front left position. You can't tell if it is OD or not from the shift pattern. If it is, then 4 and 5 will be swapped from the pattern above. Based upon what I have seen done to drill rigs, I'd be very wary of it, especially if the drill rig was run off a PTO, not a pony engine, as the engine and drive line up to the PTO will have MANY more hours than indicated by the mileage.
