I sold my "nice" M-37 yesterday. Now I got guys wanting parts off my parts truck, so, I am gonna part it out. I looked at a little stretch of land yesterday, hope to buy it. I am gonna know in a few days if I can get it or now. Have a good one! good luck on your land.
