Bill is correct. The Carter ETW1 is also known as a B&B Downdraft carb.
If anyone happens to be interested, I just put up my ETW1 carb and governor articles on my website (with kind permission of Dave Ahl of Military Vehicles Magazine). Give it a minute to download, since I haven't yet shrunk all of the images down.
